Couple Accused of Prayer Death Wants New Trial

WAUSAU, Wis. -- The two were found guilty of second-degree reckless homicide in the death of their 11-year-old daughter, Madeline. She died in March 2008 from complications of undiagnosed diabetes.

I'm not convinced that there could possibly be "adequate legal representation" to defend against charges like that.
